Delete Your Account
To delete your gaja account and all associated data:
- Open the gaja app
- Go to Profile → Settings
- Scroll to “Account actions” and tap “Delete account”
- Confirm the deletion
Alternatively, you can email us at info@ridegaja.com with the subject line “Account Deletion Request” and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
- Your profile information (name, email, phone, photo)
- Trip and ride history
- Payment methods
- Driver compliance records (background check, insurance)
- Conversation starters and preferences
Your account data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
If you have any active trips at the time of deletion, they will be automatically cancelled and any charges will be refunded.
